Bilingual Research Coordinator – Video Games Research Operations

This full-time Bilingual Research Coordinator position focuses on growing and managing the Good Gamer Group (GGG) community in Japan. Key responsibilities include participant recruitment and screening, ensuring compliance with Japanese regulations, managing client relationships, localizing surveys, executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the US team. The role requires fluency in Japanese and English, strong communication and project management skills, and experience with Microsoft Excel and virtual communication tools. Occasional travel to Tokyo is required.  The role involves leading community engagement, fostering authenticity, negotiating with online gaming communities, overseeing incentive distribution and managing participant communications. It also includes translation, localization,  and light analytical support tasks such as data analysis and presentation creation.

This role involves growing and managing the GGG community in Japan, ensuring smooth participant recruitment, and maintaining compliance with local regulations. As a key member of the Japanese team, you will work closely with our Systems Specialist in the United States while adhering to a standard work schedule aligned with Japan's time zone. This is a full-time, flexible role requiring approximately 40 hours per week, with occasional weekend work offset by weekday adjustments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Community Growth &amp; Engagement:</li><li>Lead the development and management of the Good Gamer Group in Japan.</li><li>Act as the local representative for GGG, fostering authenticity and integrity.</li><li>Identify and negotiate with online Japanese gaming communities to expand GGG membership.</li><li>Participant Recruitment &amp; Support:</li><li>Recruit and screen participants for studies, ensuring they meet research requirements.</li><li>Manage participant communication and resolve inquiries via our online support system.</li><li>Oversee incentive distribution post-study completion.</li><li>Client &amp; Compliance Management:</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison for Japanese clients, with some client management responsibilities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local data privacy laws and best practices.</li><li>Translation &amp; Localization:</li><li>Use translation tools and partners to localize surveys and screeners.</li><li>Verify Japanese-language consistency in survey content.</li><li>Marketing &amp; Campaign Management:</li><li>Plan and execute online advertising and social media campaigns to recruit gamers.</li><li>Collaborate with the U.S. team to run user acquisition initiatives within a dedicated budget.</li><li>Administrative &amp; Analyst Support:</li><li>Monitor and review participant submissions, including videos and open-ended responses.</li><li>Support light analyst tasks, such as creating presentations, analyzing data, and survey checks.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Knowledge of Japan's gaming industry and communities.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom).</li><li>Self-motivated team player with a passion for gaming.</li><li>Willingness to travel to Tokyo for occasional on-site testing.</li></ul>Compensation:This position is full-time and has a competitive hourly rate range based on experience.___バイリンガルリサーチコーディネーター – ビデオゲームリサーチオペレーション役職概要:日本での「Good Gamer Group (GGG) 」の拡大を担当するバイリンガルリサーチコーディネーターを募集しています。この役割には、日本国内におけるGGGコミュニティの成長と管理、参加者の円滑な新規採用、そして現地の法規制の遵守が含まれます。日本チームの重要なメンバーとして、アメリカにいるシステムスペシャリストと密接に連携しながら、日本のタイムゾーンに合わせた勤務スケジュールで業務を進めます。このポジションはフルタイム（週約40時間）の柔軟な働き方が可能で、週末に勤務が発生した場合には、平日で調整を行います。主な業務内容：・コミュニティの成長とエンゲージメント・日本国内におけるGood Gamer Group（GGG）の構築と管理を主導。・GGGの現地代表として活動し、コミュニティの信頼性と一体感を促進。・日本のオンラインゲームコミュニティを特定し、GGGの会員拡大のための交渉や連携を行う。・参加者リクルートとサポート・研究の要件を満たす参加者をリクルートし、選定を行う。・オンラインサポートシステムを通じて参加者との連絡を管理し、問い合わせに対応。・研究完了後のインセンティブ配布を監督・管理。・クライアントおよびコンプライアンス管理：・日本国内のクライアントとの主な連絡窓口を担当し、一部クライアント管理業務を遂行。・現地のデータプライバシー法および関連するベストプラクティスの遵守を徹底。・翻訳とローカライズ：・翻訳ツールや外部パートナーを活用して、調査票や参加者選定用の質問表（スクリーナー）をローカライズ。・調査内容の日本語表現の一貫性を確認・維持。・マーケティングおよびキャンペーン管理：・ゲーマーの新規採用を目的としたオンライン広告やソーシャルメディアキャンペーンを企画・実施。・専用の予算内で、ユーザー獲得施策を米国チームと連携して実行。管理および分析サポート:・参加者からの提出物（動画や自由記述の回答など）の確認やレビューを行う。・プレゼンテーションの作成、データ分析、調査内容の確認など、軽い分析業務をサポートする。スキルと資格・日本語および英語での高い読解力と会話力。・日本のゲーム業界やコミュニティに関する知識。・高い組織力、コミュニケーション能力、プロジェクト管理スキル。・Microsoft ExcelやZoomなどのオンラインコミュニケーションツールの操作に習熟していること。・自発的に行動できるチームプレーヤーで、ゲームに対する情熱を持っていること。・東京での現地テストに参加するための出張が可能であること。報酬：このポジションはフルタイムで、経験に基づいた競争力のある時間給範囲です。
