The successful candidate will assist in tracking media &amp; trade plan activities, coordinating Key Visual preparation and other related assets, preparing promotional presentations and seasonal product handbooks. You will also help organize marketing events, showrooms and external meetings.&nbsp;</p><p>If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, we encourage you to apply!&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide ongoing support to the marketing team and the Marketing Manager in managing marketing activities, particularly in tracking media plan items and updating the trade calendar.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and deliver promotional presentations and seasonal handbooks using available information.&nbsp;</li><li>Support marketing activations across all channels and customers in alignment with brand strategy plans.</li><li>Assist the Customer Marketing Manager and Digital Media Manager in planning and executing shopper and consumer campaigns (both online and offline) for omnichannel customers; ensure timely delivery of digital asset packs.&nbsp;</li><li>Track the performance of digital campaigns with key omnichannel customers on an ongoing basis and preparing summaries and reports on media and e’comm campaigns.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain regular contact with creative agencies, manage briefings, and share brand campaign assets for various Mattel brands.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with the sales department to ensure seamless information sharing between retail and e-retail channels.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the setup of e-content for agreed listings, including product images, videos, A+ content, and descriptions.&nbsp;</li><li>Actively use regional content tools, such as the global product catalog, e-content creation agencies, and e-merchandising agencies.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate the product sample ordering process, including novelties from the US/Asia, and provide support for local commercial needs and dummy production as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Update and maintain marketing department documentation and databases on the shared drive.&nbsp;</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p><strong>What We’re Looking For: &nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree, in Marketing or related fields.&nbsp;</li><li>Previous experience in Marketing or similar departments will be advantage.</li><li>Fluent in English (min. B2) and Polish &nbsp;</li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Project).&nbsp;</li><li>Learning agility &amp; creativity skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Organizational skills &amp; attention to details.&nbsp;</li><li>Curiosity and eager to challenge the status quo.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong team player.&nbsp;</li><li>Creative – support in graphic creations and small translations, tagliness.</li><li>Commercial aware in marketing, digital and e-commerce.</li><li>Understanding of shopper and consumer, especially digital journey.</li><li>Motivated, confident and can do attitude.</li><li>Good team worker, connecting to sales and marketing departments team members.</li><li>Demonstrable ownership, ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.</li></ul></div></section></div>
