We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits Team. This role will be based in Taiwan.
We will count on you to:
- Arranging new business meetings, creating and leading sales pitches
- Evaluating existing sales practices and processes to enhance delivery and produce results
- Leading and closing complex sales, tenders and RFP/RFQ projects
- Researching market trends and industry updates, for the purpose of building market credibility and knowledge
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure trust and long-term relationships conducive to new business activity
- Cultivating positive interactions and relationship with team members, leaders and managers, and across other Mercer business lines to evaluate sales strategy, results and execution
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Management or any relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience ideally within the health and benefit insurance industry
- Strong network of HR professions will be a plus
- Strong communication skills when liaising with different category of potential clients/internal stakeholders
- Value teamwork, strong collaboration, individual performance, and personal success
- Proven ability to drive results while working under tight deadlines
