Job Description
Lead the renewal of core accounting/cost domain systems or employee-向け systems as a Project Manager or Business Analyst, focusing on meeting various business requirements while ensuring stability, availability, and service continuity. Key tasks include planning and executing system development projects, improving existing systems, managing operations, and creating benchmarks and roadmaps. This role contributes to Nissan's digital transformation and involves collaboration with overseas IS departments for globally standardized system implementation.
Must have:
- IT system development PM/BA experience
- Automotive or accounting/cost IS project experience
- English proficiency (TOEIC 600+)
Good to have:
- 2+ years experience in MUST qualifications
- Experience with SAP, Tagetik, SaaS, RPA
- English proficiency (TOEIC 730+)

〈職務内容〉
・安定性、可用性、サービスの継続性を確保しつつ、さまざまなビジネス要件を満たすことに重点をおいて、経理/原価領域の基幹システムもしくは従業員向けシステムの刷新を、プロジェクトマネージャもしくはビジネスアナリストとしてリードし、新しいビジネスプロセスを業務部署と共に構築します。
・主要なタスクは以下の通りです。
・ システム開発プロジェクトの企画・実行
・ 既存システムの改善、運用管理
・ ベンチマークの実行とロードマップ(当部の中期計画)の作成

〈登録資格_MUST〉
・ITシステム開発のプロジェクトマネージャー・ビジネスアナリストの経験があること (領域問わず)
・自動車業界もしくは経理・原価関連のISプロジェクト経験があること
・英語スキル：英語に抵抗感のない方、TOEIC 600点以上
〈登録資格_WANT〉
・ 上記のMUSTいずれかに対して2年以上の実務経験
・ SAP、Tagetik、SaaS導入、RPA 等の製品に関する経験
・英語スキル：TOEIC 730点以上
