Join iManage as an Accounts Receivable Associate, a rapidly growing SaaS organization. You will own daily invoicing and vendor portal submissions across On-Premise Licensing, Services, and Cloud Agreements. This cross-functional role involves investigating customer inquiries, managing global billing operations, processing online transactions, and partnering with sales teams. Must Have:
  • Investigate and resolve SaaS billing discrepancies and invoice disputes.
  • Manage global billing operations, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.
  • Process and reconcile online billing transactions through procurement platforms.
  • Partner with global sales teams on billing questions and contract alignment.
  • Maintain accurate customer billing profiles and subscription data.
  • Review SaaS agreements to validate billing terms and provisioning details.
  • Identify and implement improvements in billing and accounts receivable processes.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Tech Support, Marketing, Sales) to resolve customer issues.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and perform billing-related data analysis.
  • Apply general ledger principles for accounting entries and process customer credits.
  • 1-2+ years specialized billing or accounts receivable experience, ideally in SaaS/software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Proven ability to perform detailed accounting analysis and reconcile complex billing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; manage and interpret large datasets.
  • Experience in cross-functional, collaborative environments with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organization skills, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines independently.
  • Comfortable working under pressure, responding to urgent client needs professionally.
  • Experience preparing accurate, detailed reports and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

You will be joining a rapidly growing SaaS organization, collaborating closely with the broader iManage Finance team and cross-functionally with Tech Support, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Support. In this role, you’ll take ownership of daily invoicing and vendor portal submissions across On-Premise Licensing, Services, and Cloud Agreements. Your keen attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and proactive mindset will be key to your success as you help drive operational excellence and ensure accuracy in every transaction.

iM Responsible For…

  • Investigating and resolving customer inquiries related to SaaS billing discrepancies, invoice disputes, and subscription charges.
  • Managing global billing operations across multiple currencies, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations including VAT, GST, and other regional requirements.
  • Processing and reconciling online billing transactions through procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Taulia, and similar systems.
  • Partnering with global sales teams to address billing-related questions and ensuring alignment with contract terms.
  • Maintaining accurate customer billing profiles, including contact details and subscription data.
  • Reviewing SaaS agreements to validate billing terms, subscription tiers, and provisioning details.
  • Identifying inefficiencies in billing and accounts receivable processes and collaborating cross-functionally to implement improvements.
  • Liaising with Technical Support, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations to resolve customer issues and support business initiatives.
  • Generating ad hoc reports and performing billing-related data analysis as needed.
  • Applying general ledger principles to support accounting entries, including debit/credit transactions.
  • Processing customer credits in accordance with internal accounting policies and procedures.

iM Qualified Because I Have…

  • 1-2+ years of specialized billing or accounts receivable experience, ideally within a SaaS or software company.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • A proven ability to perform detailed accounting analysis and reconcile complex billing scenarios.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments with minimal supervision.

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $60,000–$70,000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
