Position Overview
The main purpose of the job is to provide administrative support to Tencent UK, to create a good working environment and a smooth daily operation in the office.
Clerical support
Company event and activities with other teams.
Logistical support such as ordering office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth running of the office.
Management: maintain office filing and storage systems, visitor registration etc.
Support such as follow up on payments for suppliers.
Performs related duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
Education and knowledge: Business administration, Communications, English language, or related field of working in a busy environment handling administrative matters
Attention to details
Articulate
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Flexible
Advanced level skills in Microsoft software
Bilingual English and Chinese to communicate with HQ in china
