Job Summary
The Learning & Culture Intern at Tencent will assist in planning and executing company-wide engagement programs (team building, diversity & inclusion initiatives, recognition programs). Responsibilities include supporting internal communications (newsletters, emails, intranet updates), gathering employee feedback, coordinating training sessions and workshops, curating learning materials (presentations, e-learning modules), researching new learning tools, contributing to HR projects, and analyzing employee training and engagement data. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a creative mindset, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools. Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing company-wide engagement programs, such as team-building activities, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and recognition programs
- Support internal communication efforts by creating content for newsletters, emails, and intranet updates related to company culture
- Gather feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups to continuously improve workplace culture
- Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning events, including logistics and participant communications
- Assist in curating and developing learning materials, such as presentations, e-learning modules, and training handbooks
- Research and recommend new learning tools and methods to enhance employee development
- Contribute to various HR projects aimed at improving the employee experience
- Assist in compiling reports and analyzing data related to employee training and engagement metrics
Who We Look For
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in corporate culture, employee engagement, and learning & development.
- Bilingual (English/Mandarin) to deal with both international and HQ based stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content for internal communications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop), video-editing skills will be a good plus
