1. Responsible for using AI to improve the production efficiency of game art 2D images, deeply involved in projects, communicating closely with the game art team, collecting requirements, and judging the time consumption and priority of requirements.
2. Understand requirements and delivery standards, design stable and reusable AI workflow solutions, and evaluate the efficiency improvement of AI compared to manual work.
3. Liaise with the AI tool development team, responsible for communicating the requirements to implement AI workflows into simple tools, ensuring the final version meets art needs.
4. Follow up on the updates and iterations of open-source models and related plugins, actively use new tools to explore new design workflows.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, in art/design or related majors.
2. Proficient in using open-source models such as SD and ComfyUI workflows for one year or more, proficient in Lora training and ControlNet plugin usage, with AI portfolio cases.
3. Rich project/demand management experience, familiar with game art workflows, such as concept design and promotional materials, game art related experience preferred.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, strong time management awareness, proactive and enthusiastic, eager to challenge new things, with good communication and teamwork skills.
