Main activities and responsibilities

• Monitoring pre-litigation / client litigation activity,
• Drafting and monitoring contracts with operational staff,
• Review and validation of commercial operations (sales / after-sales marketing),
• Legal research / monitoring and advice to operational staff (consumer law, insolvency law, commercial law, competition and distribution law),
• Support to the legal department in managing current affairs

This apprenticeship will allow you to be in contact with many stakeholders and to work on varied subjects.

This position requires versatility, autonomy, open-mindedness, and rigor.

Desired profile

• Minimum education level: Master 1 in Law
• Civil law, business law,
• Collective procedures,
• Consumer law
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent English indispensable
