Job Description
The Associate, Creator Partnerships will identify, recruit, and manage high-potential content creators for Free Fire MAX. Key responsibilities include tracking creator performance, providing feedback, ensuring brand guideline adherence, and executing creator-led campaigns and events. The role requires strong communication skills, experience in influencer management or social media marketing, and fluency in English and Hindi to foster community engagement and brand visibility.
Must Have:
- Identify, plan, and recruit high-potential creators.
- Track creator performance using analytics tools and provide feedback.
- Act as the main point of contact for content creators.
- Ensure creator-generated content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute creator-led campaigns, tournaments, and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams for collaborations and content approvals.
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in influencer/creator management or social media marketing.
- Good understanding of content trends and digital performance metrics.
- Fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Job Description

- Track creator performance using analytics tools; review KPIs and provide actionable feedback to drive content quality and impact.
- Act as the main point of contact for Free Fire MAX content creators, addressing queries related to content, gameplay, or events on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure creator-generated content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute creator-led campaigns, tournaments, and events that boost community engagement and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline creator collaborations, content approvals, and campaign execution.
- Support the planning and execution of offline creator engagement events.
Job Requirements
- Final-year students or recent graduates with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in influencer/creator management or social media marketing internships.
- Good understanding of content trends and experience in tracking and analyzing digital performance metrics.
- Passionate about gaming with familiarity with Free Fire MAX or similar competitive titles.
- Able to manage a wide variety of creator relationships.
- Fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
