The role involves repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to factory standards, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include safely operating tools and equipment, masking undamaged areas, mixing paints to match specifications, creating test panels, applying paint using spray guns or brushes, inspecting finished work for imperfections, maintaining equipment, adhering to safety regulations (PPE), and working flexible hours/overtime as needed. Participation in company training programs is also expected. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality repairs.
