Responsibilities include curating beverage menus, managing daily operations, leading and training the bar team, engaging with guests, and managing beverage costs to contribute to F&B profitability.

  • Ensure smooth daily bar operations, including inventory, cost control, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the bar team.
  • Engage with guests to create memorable experiences.
  • Manage beverage costs and contribute to overall F&B strategy and profitability.
  • College Diploma in Hotel, Event Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or F&B leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, wines, and spirits.
  • Passion for hospitality, creativity, leadership, and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, guest service, and sales skills.
  • Eye for detail with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Fluency in English and Khmer.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, organizational, guest service, and sales skills.
  • Eye for detail with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Fluency in English and Khmer; additional languages are an advantage.
