What success looks like in this role:
- Provides a full range of compensation, benefits and wellbeing support for a geographic segment of the organization.
- Supports team efforts to deliver compensation and benefits services to larger organizational groups.
- Determines associate benefits eligibility.
- Performs associate enrollment and updates based on employment, life and other status changes.
- Delivers new-hire benefits orientation.
- Advises / supports the assigned organization on annual merit, short- and long-term incentives and administration.
- Facilitates annual open enrollment fairs to educate associates on benefits, health, wellbeing, and retirement benefits.
- Ensures internal and external pay equity within the assigned organization.
- Handles workers’ compensation, short- and long-term disability and job-related medical accommodations.
- Facilitates / supports retirement plan eligibility, enrollment, termination and related activity.
- Responds to associate benefits and wellbeing questions.
- May support sales-related compensation processes, by:
- Updating and maintaining incentive calculation reports,
- Communicating plan, system and payment information, and
- Assisting with payout modeling and scenario testing
- Collaborates on design and review of special compensation programs, SPIFFs, and/or incentive plans.
- Assists with compensation trend analysis; provides point-in-time status reports and completes ad hoc reporting requests.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
