Magic Media is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join their team and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the gaming industry, proven sales success, and a comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle. Responsibilities include: * Contacting potential clients to build relationships and schedule meetings * Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives * Researching organizations and individuals to uncover new opportunities * Enhancing the value of existing customers while attracting new ones * Discovering and cultivating new markets, improving sales performance * Participating in conferences, meetings, and industry events * Developing quotes and proposals for clients * Establishing goals for team development and business expansion, ensuring their achievement * Guiding team members in skill development
Must have:
  • 3+ years in gaming industry sales
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Proficient English (oral and written)
  • Results-oriented with proven success meeting deadlines
  • Strong work ethic, team player, customer satisfaction commitment
  • Excellent communication skills and IT fluency
  • Complex project management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Independent and proactive work style
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

We are looking for an established Business Development Executive to join our team and identify opportunities to develop our business. The ideal candidate has experience in the gaming industry, with a good track record in sales and an “End to End” background.

To be considered for this position you need to submit your CV in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
  • Helping team members develop their skills

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales for the gaming industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Proficient level of English, oral and written communications skills essential
  • Results oriented with a record of success in meeting deadlines
  • A strong work ethic and a team player attitude with deep commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
