Chief of Staff - Print R&D (Research and Development)

Description -

Position: Chief of Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Print R&D in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Head of Print R&D and other departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Provide analytical support to inform decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • Drive operational reviews, action items & follow ups on key strategic initiatives and outcomes.
  • Drive organization level risk identification, assessment, review, and management.
  • Identify, influence and enable creative opportunities for cross-functional innovation.
  • Act as a change catalyst for organizational transformation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other communications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication across the division to ensure transparency and information flow.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically, 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, transformation, or related functional area.
  • Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent systems thinking, analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data orientation skills.
  • Creative identification and problem solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
  • Strong program management skills.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering cross-functional initiatives and outcomes.
  • Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
  • Ability to deal with complexity & ambiguity.
  • Ability to lead,  influence and deliver without authority.
  • Proficiency in analysis, financial and presentation tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
