Business Analysis – Facilitate Business Requirements gathering and completion
Production Support – Ensure successful resolution of open items which will include acting as point of contact with IT and various business partners to track and identify trends to prioritize system fixes.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – Contribute to Business area testing efforts including, but not limited to, validation of test plans, test scripts and UAT sign-off.
Partner with other business areas and outside vendors on projects relating to the research, analysis, and implementation of new technology
Ensure accurate and timely training on any process or system enhancements, in addition to providing said training as well.
Your ability to predict and assess future issues, manage competing priorities, and effectively communicate will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and enhance divisional system performance and efficiencies.
A college or university degree, or high school diploma with prior relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of Financial Protection Claims and key Corporate systems (ex. Client Manager/Cypress)
Strong knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office products and Agile tools
Basic knowledge of Sequel (SQL), Tableau, and Visual Basic required
Salary Range:
$57,810.00 - $86,715.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
