This is an internal support role for the Client Executive team, crucial for the team's success. It involves independent work, flexibility, and coordination with specialist departments to deliver optimal risk solutions. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, planning and coordinating client activities, preparing reports and presentations for sales, project management for tenders and contract renewals, and various administrative tasks.

  • MS-office skills and affinity with other automated work systems

Client Advisor (Corporate)

Marsh Netherlands is looking for a Client Advisor within our team in Rotterdam that is responsible for collaborating with Corporate clients. Are you ready to work with our highly experienced team and serve our clients together?

What can you expect?

  • An internal support role that is a decisive factor in the success of the external sales colleague and thus the entire team.
  • Room for independence and flexibility, with collaboration with specialist departments within Marsh on an equal footing;
  • Responsibility for our internal sales. The coordinating role between various departments is an essential part of the function. This also enables us to realize the best risk solutions for our clients.

What does this mean for you?

  • You will work in the Account Management department, where an informal, collegial, and open atmosphere prevails. Together with the Client Executives and colleagues from the "Broking", "Claims", and "Marsh Advisory" departments, you form the team that serves our clients;
  • You will enter into a one-year contract that will be extended after that year upon mutual satisfaction. The intention is then to enter into an employment contract for an indefinite period;
  • The offered salary is market-conform with a full month (8%) holiday pay and a fixed 13th month.

In this position, you are responsible for:

  • Adequately responding to questions and requests from clients;
  • Planning and coordinating activities for the client;
  • Preparing substantive reports and making presentations to support (sales) activities;
  • Project management of, among other things, tenders and contract renewals;
  • Various administrative and controlling tasks.

You possess:

  • Work experience within the insurance industry;
  • Organizational talent and a proactive attitude;
  • Customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and flexible attitude;
  • A Wft diploma Business Non-life Insurance Advisor or willing to obtain it;
  • A good command of the Dutch and English language in speech and writing;
  • MS-office skills and affinity with other automated work systems.
