Your daily life

Located near Orléans, the site is a reference in supporting weapon systems and radars worldwide. It houses engineering, development, and integration activities for air defense systems.

The position is based in Armenia for a period of 3 years following an initial 3-month training in France (Paris Region).

The Client Technical Manager is responsible for the technical support of Radars on various client sites in Armenia.

Your technical and maintenance skills allow you to acquire the necessary product knowledge to identify malfunctions, propose technical solutions, and carry out the following activities:

Prepare interventions:

Analyze malfunctions, provide a diagnosis, and contribute to establishing the intervention plan in your area. Verify the availability of resources and prevention plans.

Perform interventions on client site:

Take full or partial charge of the client's system.

Perform planned troubleshooting interventions in accordance with maintenance documents, ensuring compliance with the planned schedule.

Regularly inform the client and the Thales project team of the progress of work.

Perform specific tests to validate proper functioning.

Write the intervention report.

Provide technical advice to clients.

Finally, you may be required to provide or participate in training client personnel.

Perform back-office activities:

Participate in feedback meetings at the end of missions.

Analyze technical facts and contribute to product improvement with the relevant departments.

Contribute to the improvement of maintenance documents and the deployment of digital solutions.

Your profile

You master the Armenian language (native or first language) and a mastery of the English language is necessary.

Do you have a background in industrial maintenance or industrial engineering and significant experience in industrial maintenance with solid skills in electronics and electricity?

Do you have experience in analysis, expertise, and maintenance on systems with travel to client sites?

Do you have writing skills for intervention reports and expert reports?

Do you have knowledge in mechatronics (electronics/electrotechnics/mechanics)?

Are you recognized for your sense of contact and service, and is collaborative work essential for you?
