As a Customer Contact Comms Associate at Accenture, you will be part of the Customer Support vertical, managing and resolving customer inquiries, handling escalations and complaints, and providing resolutions. You will be responsible for closing faults and complaints within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role involves voice-based communication, emails, and portal tickets. You will follow instructions on daily tasks and new assignments. You will contribute as an individual within a team, with a defined scope of work. Customer service involves assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction to build and maintain positive relationships.

What would you do? You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing/ resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions. You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLA s. Candidate should be good in verbal and written communications Customer service refers to the assistance and support provided by a business or organization to its employees. It involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to build and maintain positive relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • This is a voice + domain process and the communication with the customer can happen through phone, emails and through portal tickets. • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
