You will analyze customer touchpoints, create customer journey maps, and offer guidance and support to help clients create integrated and personalized experiences that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
Solid experience in commercial strategy and customer relationship, capable of leading sales transformation projects across various industries. The focus will be on business generation, commercial excellence, and improving customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Transformation initiatives, promoting increased productivity and efficiency of the sales team;
- Be a strategic reference for clients, driving innovative commercial solutions;
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to the expansion of the commercial consulting practice;
- Use data and analytics to support strategic decisions and improve governance, including KPIs and dashboards.
- Implement technological solutions aimed at commercial performance and customer experience;
Education and Technical Knowledge:
- Degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related areas;
- Post-graduation in areas such as Marketing, Strategy or Commercial Management will be a differential;
- Certifications in CRM, digital marketing or data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe, Tableau, Power BI) - Differential
- Knowledge of agile and innovation methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, Design Sprint).
- Experience in Customer Journey, sales strategies and new business.
