ISS FWW is the leading German fund data provider and has been part of ISS-STOXX since 2019.

With the data from the FWW fund database, FWW supports fund advisors and investors in making informed investment decisions.

We are looking for Customer Success Managers - Data Solutions (m/f/d) for the expansion of our team in Haar near Munich, either part-time or full-time.

You will help our customers transmit fund data from the fund company to ISS FWW in regulated formats.

This requires written and telephone communication with our customers.

You are also responsible for coordinating and monitoring the maintenance of data and documents related to investment funds.

Your Profile:

• Basic technical understanding
• Experience in customer service / After Sales
• Interest in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

• German and English in spoken and written form
• Ideally experience/training in the financial sector
