Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Trading Analyst to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where data meets decision-making. This role involves supporting the Trading team by monitoring customer behavior, analyzing betting activity, and assisting with real-time decisions. You will gain hands-on experience with trading tools and develop a strong understanding of customer behavior in the sports betting space. Responsibilities include analyzing customer trends through reports, monitoring bets in real-time, responding to customer inquiries, escalating complex cases, tracking performance metrics, creating customer profiles, and providing insights to sports traders during live events.

As a Customer Trading Analyst, you’ll step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where data meets decision-making. In this role, you will support the Trading team by monitoring customer behavior, analyzing betting activity, and assisting with real-time decision-making. This role provides the foundation to develop your analytical skills, gain hands-on experience with trading tools, and build a strong understanding of customer behavior in the sports betting space.

 

What You’ll Do as a Customer Trading Analyst

  • Analyze customer behavior through daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify trends and anomalies.

  • Monitor bets in real time and assist traders in making timely, informed decisions.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and limit-related issues via email and ticketing system.

  • Escalate complex cases and significant patterns to more senior team members.

  • Track hourly performance metrics and flag any outliers or unusual activity.

  • Create detailed customer profiles using internal and external tools.

  • Provide relevant insights to sports traders during live betting events.

 What You’ll Bring

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • Intermediate English skills (B1–B2), enabling clear and effective communication.

  • Solid knowledge of sports betting and familiarity with the global sports calendar.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for basic data analysis and reporting.

  • Reliable communication and time management skills to support smooth workflows.

  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a trading or analytics-focused environment.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
