As the Digital Team Lead – Total BVOD, you will drive advertising effectiveness for brands across Nine’s Total TV division, including 9Now, MAX, and Stan. This 12-month parental leave cover position involves overseeing daily BVOD and SVOD campaigns, ensuring timely execution, client KPI alignment, and optimisations. The role requires a proactive individual to inspire and mentor Campaign Managers and Coordinators, fostering service excellence within the Sales department.
Must have:

Job Description

As the Digital Team Lead – Total BVOD, the focus is to drive advertising effectiveness for brands across Nine’s Total TV division, which represents our industry leading video on demand platform 9Now, and support the advertising executions across subscription-based platforms MAX and Stan. This is a 12-month parental leave cover position.

This position presents an exciting opportunity to oversee all handheld BVOD and SVOD campaigns daily, ensuring their timely execution, alignment with client KPIs and objectives, and optimisations for maximum delivery! This role will collaborate, ideate and execute against operational tactics on new products, platforms, and programs. We are seeking a proactive individual who can inspire, mentor, and empower their Campaign Managers and Coordinators to achieve service excellence across the Sales department.

Day to day you will:

  • Oversee your team’s daily end-to-end campaign management, ensuring delivery, objectives and client KPIs are achieved.
  • Proactively strategise, manage and facilitate the roll out of prelaunch campaign delivery executions
  • Ability to attract, lead and retain a high-performing delivery team by fostering a culture of high engagement and morale.
  • A strong multitasker who can effectively delegate tasks, manage competing priorities and escalations appropriately amongst stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail who can proactively identify and improve ways to streamline the campaign workflow.
  • Maintain the highest level of service to key stakeholders: clients, Sales Team and other internal support teams to ensure all enquiries are managed accordingly.
  • Build strong relationships with Digital Sales Leads to discuss strategic campaign planning to support and exceed national revenue targets across all Sales patches.
  • Communicate effectively to lead change management activities and provide updates to all levels of the business.
  • Implement and support the Grow@Nine development plans, monitor progress, and provide transparent feedback and continuous support to team members.
  • Stay up to date with digital industry trends, regulatory standards, and guidelines to support best digital practice.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in the digital media industry.
  • Experience in managing a team with exceptional leadership and people management skills with a strong focus on mentoring.
  • Excellent understanding of campaign delivery technologies, tools, and platforms, such as Google Ad Manager.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management experience, both internal and external.
  • Advanced dexterity with GSuite and Microsoft suite products with expert Excel skills.
  • Project management skills and can work independently or within a team focused organisation
