Job Description
Iron Mountain is seeking Non-CDL truck drivers to join their team. This full-time role involves safely operating and maintaining company vehicles, loading and transporting goods, and delivering customer orders while ensuring accurate paperwork. Drivers must be at least 21, have a good driving record, and pass pre-employment screenings. The position offers competitive pay starting at $23.00+ per hour and comprehensive benefits.
Good To Have:
- At least one year of route transportation experience
Must Have:
- Operate and maintain company vehicle safely and efficiently
- Load, transport, and drive without assistance
- Deliver timely customer orders and prepare accurate paperwork and records
- Be at least 21 years old with a good driving record
- Pass pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical
- Demonstrate safe, efficient driving skills and maintain all security procedures
- Exhibit strong customer service and verbal communication
- Ability to grip, lift, and carry consumer storage over, up, and down inclines, stairs, and ladders
- Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am start time
