Job Description

As an Employer Brand Specialist based in Manila, you will report to the Director of Employer Brand – APAC. Your role involves implementing regional recruitment marketing campaigns, creating content, and leading local talent engagement initiatives to attract high-quality talent and amplify Nasdaq's culture. You will also manage the global talent community strategy, converting passive candidates into engaged applicants through targeted email, social, and digital content, and optimizing engagement using data.
Must have:
  • Lead global recruitment marketing campaigns aligned with hiring priorities and create tailored assets.
  • Develop and implement branded events and activations (tech meetups, university engagements, cultural storytelling).
  • Partner with employer brand directors to create regionally relevant content aligned with strategy.
  • Design and implement global campaigns to build and nurture Nasdaq’s talent community.
  • Engage passive talent through targeted email, social, and digital content strategies.
  • Measure and optimize talent community engagement, conversion, and funnel performance using dashboards and campaign insights.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with Global Market Talents (APAC, EMEA, AMERICAS).
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, global organization or high-growth technology company.
  • Exposure to campaign management platforms, such as Gem, SmashFly, or equivalent.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do

As an Employer Brand Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in bringing Nasdaq’s employee value proposition to life across one of our most strategic growth markets. Based in Manila and reporting to the Director of Employer Brand – APAC, you’ll lead the implementation of regional recruitment marketing campaigns, content creation, and local talent engagement initiatives that attract high-quality talent and amplify our culture and purpose.

You’ll also own the global talent community strategy, partnering with regional and global team to convert passive candidates into engaged, informed, and inspired future applicants.

  • Lead global recruitment marketing campaigns aligned with hiring priorities and create tailored assets that resonate with the market.
  • Develop and implement branded events and activations—such as tech meetups, university engagements, and cultural storytelling opportunities—that strengthen our employer brand across APAC.
  • Partner with employer brand directors to create regionally relevant content aligned with strategy.
  • Design and implement global campaigns to build and nurture our talent community across key functions and regions.
  • Engage passive talent through targeted email, social, and digital content strategies that align with workforce planning priorities.
  • Measure and optimize talent community engagement, conversion, and funnel performance using dashboards and campaign insights.

What We Expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, human resources, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in employer branding, communications, digital marketing, or recruitment marketing.
  • Proven storytelling and content creation skills, particularly for social media and email campaigns.
  • Strong ability to build partnerships across time zones and influence stakeholders across marketing and recruiting teams.
  • Experience working with CRM tools or talent marketing platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and optimize performance.
  • Exposure to project management platforms, such as Monday.com, or equivalent.
  • Amenability to work the EMEA shift throughout the work week.
