Additionally, the role involves document filing and ad-hoc administrative assignments. The position requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Executive Assistant

 

This position will report to the Vice President of Worldwide Sales. The role holder will support the calendar management and travel coordination support for the VP along with daily administrative duties to ensure smooth operations of the Sales function. In addition, the position will support Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Product Development.

 

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management and maintenance for VPs.
  • Travel arrangement and coordination for VPs.
  • Responsible for expense report for VPs.
  • Scheduling and coordinating of Sales Conferences and Meetings
  • Presentation preparation for the Sales department
  • Support daily office administrative duties
  • Responsible for the proper filing of records and documents
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks related to the administration as assigned by Supervisor and Manager

 

 

Requirements

  • Two years of college or business school equivalent
  • 5+ years of administrative or related working experience
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Good organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills

 

Power Integrations is committed to building teams that drive innovation and therefore reviews a range of factors when determining compensation. The annual base pay range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000. 
 
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, qualifications, and work location. The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
