This position will report to the Vice President of Worldwide Sales. The role holder will support multiple Vice Presidents' calendar management and travel coordination along with daily administrative duties to ensure smooth operations of each function.

Requirements

  • Two years of college or business school equivalent
  • 5+ years of administrative or related working experience
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Good organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, qualifications, and work location. The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
