This role involves end-to-end product development, from conceptualization to mass production, focusing on power electronic components for industrial applications, particularly PCB Gate Driver Solutions, dc-dc converters, and analog circuits. Key responsibilities include circuit design, component selection, simulation, product optimization, and documentation. The engineer will also lead technical reviews, characterize new circuits, generate schematics, and supervise PCB layout. Collaboration with various internal and external teams, including marketing, operations, and vendors, is essential. Candidates need a degree in electronics engineering, strong power electronics fundamentals, and at least two years of design experience, though fresh graduates are welcome.
Good To Have:- Power electronics design experience and knowledge of power electronic components (e.g. Diode, IGBT, MOSFET, SiC MOSFET, Gate Driver) and/or SMPS.
- Knowledge of understanding and interpreting international standards (e.g. DIN EN and IEC).
Must Have:- Product design from conceptualization to mass production.
- Circuit design of power electronic components (PCB Gate Driver, dc-dc converter, analog circuits).
- Component selection, simulation, and calculations.
- Product design optimization, evaluation, and documentation.
- Characterization of new circuits and components.
- Schematic generation and PCB layout supervision.
- Technical documentation generation.
- Familiarity with product safety, quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Degree in electronics engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of power electronics and electronics engineering fundamentals.
- Minimum 2 years of power electronics design experience (gate drivers, SMPS, power management).
- Proficiency with power electronics components (IGBT, MOSFET, gate drives, analog/digital circuits).
- Experience with circuit simulation tools (Simetrix/Simplis, LTSpice) and PCB layout (Altium).
- Good command of English.
