Job Summary
The Assistant, Production & Development will support the Executive Vice President, Production and Development for the Motion Picture group. This position requires a talented individual who will handle a variety of administrative duties in support of daily operations in production and development area, including calendar management, call handling, document filing, expense reports, travel arrangements, creative submission logging, and meeting note-taking.
Must Have
- Maintain calendar, and scheduling
- Answering and rolling calls
- Filing and tracking of all incoming and existing creative/administrative documents
- Expense reports and travel arrangements
- Complete and submit expense reports
- Log and review incoming creative submissions
- Take notes on calls and meetings
- Experience with executive level calendar management and travel coordination
- Working knowledge of the film industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

$43,000 - $45,000
