The Staff Test Engineer will be responsible for migrating and developing In-Circuit (ICT) and Functional Test (FCT) programs for PCBA and transformers, primarily on the Teradyne TestStation platform. This role involves designing and implementing new test programs, leading tester installations at subcontractor facilities, and preparing comprehensive documentation. The engineer will also design and develop ICT/FCT test systems and fixtures, contribute to electronics circuit design, and develop internal test automation tools using Python and Django. A minimum of 12 years of experience in test development for electrical components and integrated circuits is required.

Must Have:

Proven experience programming test sequences in LabVIEW and TestStand.
Proficiency in ICT and FCT programming on automated test platforms (Teradyne TestStation, Keysight Medalist i3070, Takaya Flying Probe).
Experience testing automotive-grade PCB assemblies with knowledge of VDA and IATF requirements.
Proficient in PCB design using Altium Designer.
Hands-on experience in electronics circuit design and test fixture development.
Skilled in Python and Django framework for backend development and test system automation.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Willingness to travel to EMS locations in the Far East up to 10% of the time.

Develop new Transformer Test programs and subsequent product variants
Design and implement test programs for new variants requiring major software and hardware modifications
Lead the release and installation of new testers at subcontractor facilities
Prepare comprehensive documentation for test programs and processes (test specifications, release procedures, etc.)
Drive continuous improvement of current test programs and production testing workflows
Design and develop ICT and FCT test System / Fixtures from concept to production release, including:
Planning and architecting test system hardware and software
Programming and integration of test code
Vendor engagement for jig and adapter fabrication
Debugging, fine-tuning, and validating test systems
Performing design verification and system-level functional validation
Contribute to electronics circuit design and support debugging during test development

Education and Experience:
