As a Finance Business Partner LATAM, you will manage key financial processes, analyze data, prepare monthly reports, and control the operating expense budget for the LATAM region. This role involves providing forecasting, support, and data analysis to markets and the leadership team.

Must Have:
  • Support in the creation and updating of monthly reports/LATAM MPR (Corporate Presentations)
  • Provide support to the markets and the management team
  • Deliver monthly/quarterly analyses, data extraction, and generation of new consolidated reports
  • Prepare a Monthly Rolling Forecast Report with prior analysis of the information
  • Evaluate the reasonableness, consistency, and accuracy of financial information
  • Monitor the P&L by brand, SKU, and comparison versus budget
  • Lead the LATAM OPEX budget, both budgeted and current
  • Ensure that control processes are robust
  • Attend training sessions
  • Detect any risks associated with business performance and support the search for mitigation plans to reduce the associated impacts
  • Search for opportunities that help improve business profitability
  • Bachelor’s in business administration, Economics, Finance or related
  • 5+ years financial support experience
  • Experience in accounting and financial information requirements, including planning and forecasting

As Finance Business Partner LATAM, you will be responsible for the contribution of key financial processes within Latam, analyzing financial data, preparing and executing monthly reports, and being responsible for controlling the operating expense budget for the LATAM region. Based on forecasting, support and data analysis must be provided to markets and the LT.

  • Bachelor’s in business administration, Economics, Finance or related.
  • 5+ years financial support experience.
  • Background in Finance Business Partnering is preferred.
  • Experience in accounting and financial information requirements, including planning and forecasting.
  • This role could be based in Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Panama, Chile or Peru.
