This role involves troubleshooting and repairing hardware and process failures for various furnace tool sets, including SVG, TEL, Comet, and Lumonics equipment. Responsibilities include improving system performance, performing preventive maintenance, using SPC charts and iProcess software, and documenting activities. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electronic skills, and the ability to interpret schematics and work with various testing equipment. Strong communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills are essential for this full-time, onsite position in a 7x24 manufacturing facility.

Must Have:- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and process failures for SVG Furnace (SPT/SPTS/AVIZA) AVP-8000, TEL Furnace Alpha-8SE/Sei, Comet R2D Automation MTU and Lumonics WaferMark SigmaClean.
- Improve system performance to achieve process requirements.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities following standardized work documents.
- Use SPC charts and iProcess software to evaluate tool performance.
- Document maintenance activities and assist in improving standardized work documents for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
- Maintain spare parts inventory.
- 2-5 years of Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical and electronic skills.
- Able to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Ability to work with He leak detectors, RF calibration gear, oscilloscopes and multimeters.
- Ability to understand vacuum systems, gas control systems, and high pressure systems.
- Understanding of electrical and electronics theory.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and knowledge of SPC in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates must be able to stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift.
- Basic computer skills and MS Office.
