Job Description

Anthology seeks a Global ABM Campaign Manager to lead and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation strategies. This role requires expertise in 6sense, intent data, audience segmentation, and predictive analytics to engage high-value accounts. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing 6sense campaigns, developing audience segments, overseeing keyword reviews, generating insights on qualified accounts, collaborating with marketing and demand operations teams, tracking campaign performance, and identifying workflow improvements. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of experience in ABM, digital marketing, and demand generation and is proficient in 6sense, marketing automation platforms (Eloqua or Marketo), and CRM tools (Salesforce).
Must have:
  • 5+ years in ABM, digital marketing, demand generation
  • Hands-on 6sense experience
  • Intent-based marketing, audience segmentation knowledge
  • Marketing automation (Eloqua/Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
Good to have:
  • 6sense certification
  • Demandbase experience
  • Asana proficiency

We are looking for a Global ABM Campaign Manager to drive and optimize our account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation strategies. This role is ideal for a data-driven digital marketer with hands-on experience in 6sense and a passion for leveraging intent data, audience segmentation, and predictive analytics to engage high-value accounts.

 

As a key contributor to our ABM strategy, you will be responsible for managing and refining 6sense insights and data optimization to enhance marketing performance and drive measurable business impact.

 

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimizing 6sense to execute ABM campaigns, leveraging intent data and predictive analytics to target high-value accounts
  • Developing, refining, and syncing audience segments with paid media channels for campaign execution
  • Overseeing keyword reviews and 6sense taxonomy to ensure accurate categorization and audience targeting
  • Generating email alerts and insights on 6sense Qualified Accounts (6QAs) to support sales outreach
  • Working with marketing & demand operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, lead tracking, and data integration within Eloqua and Salesforce
  • Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Identifying and implementing workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and impact
  • Staying up to date with ABM best practices, digital marketing trends, and advancements in predictive analytics

 

The Candidate:

Required skills/qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ABM, digital marketing, and/or demand generation
  • Hands-on experience with 6sense (certification is a plus), Demandbase, or equivalent ABM platform
  • Strong knowledge of intent-based marketing, audience segmentation, and programmatic advertising
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Eloqua or Marketo preferred) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience using Asana for project management, task coordination, and team collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above
