- Manages sourcing platforms and vendors like job boards, social networking, and career fairs.
- Manages assigned requisitions.
- Requests interview arrangements and provides pre-interview forms to candidates and interviewers.
- Processes background check requests.
- Documents paper trail for SOX and other compliance requirements.
- Creates and generates staffing reports.
- Assists in the new employee orientation.
- Administers the IT recruitment software's ATS and CRM modules.
- Participates in recruitment process automation projects.
