Job Description
As a Lead Effects Designer for consumer game development, you will be responsible for all aspects of effects, including battle, background, and event scenes. This includes creating effects, maintaining the production environment, determining effect aesthetics, specifying designs, and managing quality. You will also be involved in developing and refining the production pipeline and workflow for effects. The role requires experience in creating simple models and textures for effects, practical experience in creating and implementing effects in game development, and team quality management or collaborating with other departments on effect specification design.
Good To Have:
- Experience with procedural workflows (e.g., Houdini).
- Knowledge of lighting and post-effects.
- Experience directing visual effects.
- Management experience, including training and development.
Must Have:
- Experience creating simple models for effects.
- Experience creating textures for effects.
- Practical experience creating and implementing effects in game development.
- Team quality management or cross-functional effect specification design experience.
業務内容
エフェクトのリードデザイナーとして以下の業務を担当していただきます
・コンシューマゲーム開発における、エフェクト全般（バトル、背景、イベントシーンなど）の
制作および制作環境の整備
・エフェクトのテイスト決定/仕様設計/クオリティ管理など
・エフェクトの制作パイプラインおよび制作フロー整備など
必須経験・スキル
・エフェクト制作に使用する簡単なモデルの作成経験
・エフェクト制作に使用するテクスチャの作成経験
・ゲーム開発におけるエフェクト制作、実装といった実務経験
・チームのクオリティ管理経験、もしくは他職種と連携したエフェクト仕様設計の実務経験
歓迎経験・スキル
・Houdiniなど、プロシージャルなワークフローでの制作経験
・ライティングやポストエフェクトの知識がある方
・演出のディレクション経験がある方
・指導育成などマネジメント経験のある方
