The Head of Brand & Franchise Management at Outfit7 will be responsible for crafting short- and long-term IP roadmaps across various products, acting as a brand guardian to maintain global consistency. Key responsibilities include monitoring brand engagement, building a loyal fanbase, securing impactful collaborations, and leading market research. The role also involves overseeing creative development, monitoring industry trends, and collaborating with internal and external teams. Experience in mobile gaming IP management and team leadership is crucial.

In this role you will

  • Craft both short- and long-term IP roadmaps across a variety of Outfit7 products and IPs (from games, content, and licensing), in alignment with group goals with a focus on impact and growth.
  • Act as a “brand guardian”, executing cohesive brand strategy and maintaining brand consistency globally (with emphasis also on China market) to ensure a unified voice across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze brand and audience engagement, providing insights and recommendations based on data.
  • Seek community building and the development of a loyal fan base across the globe.
  • Procure impactful brand/IP collaborations with partners that are aligned with Outfit7 values and target audiences, and connected with Outfit7 sales strategies.
  • Build an in-depth understanding of Outfit7 target audiences, and of market trends and competition, by leading user and market research, insight, analysis, data, and content-based inputs for various product development and other creative needs.
  • Oversee creative development, including all assets related to master brand development and brand growth, ensuring consistency throughout.
  • Monitor trends in the highly competitive game and entertainment environment, researching industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor analysis.

  • Ability to manage and collaborate across a variety of internal and external teams.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and autonomous approach to work and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to different situations and different people.
  • Ability to collaborate with Product, Content. and Licensing teams, combined with the ability to roll out a franchise plan that will bring all business lines together.
  • Ability to effectively drive change in an organization and deal with conflict when needed.
  • Ability to hire, retain, and develop the best talent.

Your experience

  • Minimum 10 years experience as a franchise director, brand manager, or similar.
  • Prior mobile gaming IP management with a strong track record will be considered a big plus.
  • Experience in leading teams and in managing direct reports.
