Join our client's team as a dynamic Level 1 Help Desk Support professional, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless e-commerce experiences for customers. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing and resolving user inquiries and technical issues.
Must have:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers experiencing technical challenges with e-commerce platforms.
  • Log all customer interactions and issues in the Enterprise Service Desk systems.
  • Deliver Level 1 troubleshooting support and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams using ServiceNow ITSM or Salesforce CRM.
  • Assist customers and field sales teams with the setup and use of scanners and mobile applications, offering guidance on system features and capabilities.
  • Perform remote installations and upgrades of e-commerce software for customers.

Help Desk Support (level 1) Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers experiencing technical challenges with e-commerce platforms.
  • Log all customer interactions and issues in the Enterprise Service Desk systems.
  • Deliver Level 1 troubleshooting support and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams using ServiceNow ITSM or Salesforce CRM.

Help Desk Support (level 1) Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of related experience.
  • Familiarity with PC hardware and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of networking technologies.
  • General education, vocational training, or on-the-job training; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all communications and documentation.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive user experience.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and adapting to new technologies and applications.

*Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
