Digital Adoption Specialist II

In this role, you'll join the digital team to support the development and execution of strategic roadmaps. You will coordinate digital campaigns, maintain resource libraries, and facilitate educational sessions that drive adoption of digital tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Digital Adoption Lead to coordinate digital campaigns.
• Help develop and maintain enablement assets and resource libraries.
• Facilitate educational sessions for field and client audiences.

Qualifications:

• Must have a portfolio or sample of work illustrating processes for campaign and asset coordination.
• 5+ years' experience in digital product development or digital transformation marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in digital adoption strategies (SEO, social media, content management, etc).
• Experience utilizing data tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, etc) to measure campaign strategy.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, content management, and project management platforms (HubSpot, monday.com, etc).
