Job Description

Epsilon is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the HRC Team, supporting HRBP teams and assisting employees and managers. This role facilitates New Hire Orientation, ensuring a smooth transition and connection to Epsilon’s culture. The coordinator manages relationships with multiple HR departments, works closely with HR COEs, and supports employees throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, updating HRIS data, and generating routine and ad hoc reports. This position strengthens skills in organization, communication, and project management, working closely with HR Leaders and Business Partners on employee lifecycle events.

  • HR Certification (PHR or SHRM).

  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP and applying ticketing tools.
  • Proficiency in problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Diligent teammate and ability to demonstrate ability to drive projects through to completion.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Positive relationship management and communication skills.
  • 1+ years of professional experience with HR.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Passion for HR and the ability to recommend innovative ways while maintaining procedures.
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws, related to HR administration and practices supporting compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Overview

Epsilon is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the HRC Team working out of our Irving, Texas office. As an HR Coordinator, you will ensure support to your HRBP team, as well as assist Epsilon employees and managers alike. The HR Coordinator will report to the HRC Team Manager, and work closely with teammates, employees, and the greater HR organization. You will Facilitate New Hire Orientation for onboarding, virtually and in-person, encouraging a sense of connection to Epsilon’s values and culture on Day 1. This includes addressing new hire Executives, ensuring a smooth transition into the business, as needed. The HR Coordinator manages relationships with multiple HR departments and works closely with HR COE’s while supporting employees throughout their lifecycle at Epsilon.

What You’ll Achieve

Through this role, you will strengthen skills in organization, communication, and project management. You will work closely with HR Leaders and HR Business Partners to focus on the business you support; acknowledge and/or respond to inquiries from employees and colleagues in a timely manner. You will shadow HRBP leaders in various aspects of employee lifecycle events for learning & development in your role. You will be responsible for maintaining personnel records and documentation for the employees you support, which includes keeping related data in the HRIS platform up to date. You will apply various HRIS reporting tools to build routine and ad hoc reports for the HRBP teams, and the business needs. You will also perform other duties as assigned, including facilitating internal events and programs as needed.

Base Salary: $49,500- $68,000

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
