Easybrain seeks a skilled HR Manager to join their team and manage HR processes and recruitments. Responsibilities include recruiting, pre-screening interviews, coordinating adaptation and performance, working with HR procedures and policies, advising management, providing employee support, organizing events, preparing reports, and supervising health and safety. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an international IT/gaming company, strong managerial and communication skills, Russian and English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, pre-screening, on-site/online interviews;
- Coordinating adaptation and performance;
- Working with current HR procedures and policies, and implementing new ones;
- Advising management on personnel management issues;
- Providing support to employees and resolving any HR-related issues;
- Organizing corporate and social events;
- Preparing various reports and ad-hoc analysis;
- Supervising health and safety policies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the HR field, preferably in an international IT/gaming company;
- Managerial skills;
- Great interpersonal and communication skills;
- Russian language proficiency;
- Very good command of the English language.
