Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Lead to drive seamless and consistent HR processes across our Asia markets, with a primary focus on Singapore, India, and Australia. This role will be pivotal in ensuring operational excellence in core HR processes, managing vendor partnerships, and enhancing the employee experience from onboarding to ongoing support. You’ll be the backbone of our People function, ensuring compliance, timely execution, and a high standard of service delivery, while also helping shape and scale our HR infrastructure to support our growth across the region.
Must have:
  • Own and continuously improve all HR operational processes across Singapore, India, and Australia.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain HRIS records and support reporting, audit readiness, and compliance needs.
  • Lead Benefits administration and partner closely with payroll vendors.
  • Lead end-to-end benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, renewals, and employee queries.
  • Work with stakeholders to align benefits offerings with market trends and employee needs.
  • Drive performance reviews and SLAs, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal service delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Own onboarding logistics and process design for new hires.
  • Ensure a smooth, timely, and engaging onboarding experience.
  • Continuously gather feedback and improve the onboarding journey.
  • Ensure all processes comply with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.
  • Stay current with employment legislation in Singapore, India, and Australia; advise stakeholders on implications.
  • Manage visa application, renewal, and cancellation processes for Singapore employees.
  • Administer government-related leave schemes in Singapore.
  • Maintain and regularly update HR process documentation and internal guidelines.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve all HR operational processes across our Asia markets, with a primary focus on Singapore, India, and Australia.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, etc.).
  • Maintain HRIS records and support reporting, audit readiness, and compliance needs.
  • Lead Benefits administration and partner closely with payroll vendors to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.

1.Benefits Administration & Vendor Management

  • Lead end-to-end benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, renewals, and employee queries.
  • Work with stakeholders to align benefits offerings with market trends and employee needs at the annual review cycle.
  • Drive performance reviews and SLAs, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal service delivery and cost efficiency.

2.Employee Onboarding & Experience

  • Own onboarding logistics and process design for new hires in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and IT.
  • Ensure a smooth, timely, and engaging onboarding experience across all supported markets.
  • Continuously gather feedback and improve the onboarding journey.

3.Compliance

  • Ensure all processes comply with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies in each market.
  • Stay current with employment legislation in Singapore, India, and Australia; advise stakeholders on implications.
  • Manage visa application, renewal, and cancellation processes for Singapore employees in compliance with MOM guidelines.
  • Administer government-related leave schemes in Singapore, including shared parental leave, childcare leave, maternity leave, and national service leave.
  • Maintain and regularly update HR process documentation and internal guidelines to reflect policy and regulatory changes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5 years of relevant HR operations experience, preferably in a regional or multi-country role.
  • Experience with benefits administration and vendor management.
  • Proficient with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for getting things right, efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and collaborate across cultures
