Job Description
Smilegate Holdings, the holding company of the Smilegate Group, is seeking a corporate counsel with 3-4 years of post-bar experience. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts related to company businesses; conducting legal reviews and providing advice on company-wide legal issues, including M&A, investments, and new business ventures; supporting interactions with regulatory bodies; and developing and managing strategies for disputes and litigation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and possess strong legal acumen. Experience in corporate advisory, IT, or IP is preferred, as is an interest in the gaming and IT industries.

자격요건
- 대한민국 변호사 자격 취득 후 3년 이상 ~ 4년 이하의 업무 경력

- 기업 자문, IT, IP 분야에 업무 경험이 있으신 분
- 게임, IT업계에 관심이 있는 분
