Your role and responsibilities
- You are the primary contact for customers for all current affairs
- You create offers and orders and follow these up actively: negotiating, arguing and promoting products.
- You register and deal with complaints and provide a good follow-up.
- You identify the needs of the prospects/customers, you give technical advice, and offer our products.
- You actively use promotions, actions, product of the week and help think about the elaboration of regional actions.
- You manage the stock level.
How to succeed / Your profile
- You have experience in a customer focussed position.
- You have relevant technical knowledge (mechanics, hydraulics, electronics).
- You have a fluent knowledge of Swedish and a good level of English.
- You are a team player and can work independently.
- You have an organisational mindset and you think along.
- You are very perseverant.
- You are strong in follow-up and administration.
