Nous recherchons actuellement un alternant Commerce International / Administration des ventes pour rejoindre nos équipes sur le site d'Amiens.
Au sein du service ADV, vous accompagnerez la responsable du service à la mise en place des process ADV mais également dans le programme de conformité douanière de la société.
Pour ce faire, vous devrez :
Renseigner et conseiller les clients par téléphone et par mail
Effectuer le suivi des commandes et des retours
Préparer les documents de transport (Étiquettes transport/Bon de retour etc)
Préparer la liasse douane
Faire le suivi des expéditions
Gérer les litiges transports
Classification des codes douaniers (HTS codes)
Vous maitrisez l’Anglais (niveau avancé).
Vous préparez un Diplôme en commerce international.
Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé, dynamique et avez le sens du relationnel.
