Your daily life

At the heart of the PACA region's Silicon Valley, our site brings together our activities developing cutting-edge sonars for submarines and surface vessels, as well as digital services activities. A pioneer in the field of simulation products, the site mobilizes in-depth expertise in acoustics and signal processing.

At the Sophia-Antipolis site, you will join the Production and Repair Unit of the Industrial Competence Center.

Within this team, you will be responsible for leading industrial performance improvement projects (in connection with the cost, quality, and delivery commitments triptych). You will work in conjunction with the Sophia Industry Lean team.

Your mission will be to lead certain industrial performance improvement projects:

Your main missions will be:

• Setting up performance dashboards
• Optimizing production time tracking
• Improving quality and its monitoring
• Increasing the Unit's digital maturity

All in conjunction with the production teams and the Lean team.

Proactive, you will be led to test new ideas based on the Unit's current events and your personal interests.

Your profile

Internship – Continuous Improvement / Industrial Performance – (M/F)

Is your priority to join an innovative industrial group and discover the world of defense?

Do you have the ambition to leverage your academic achievements in an industrial environment and develop new skills?

Coming from a BAC +5 level engineering school or equivalent with a specialization in Industrial Engineering, Lean, 4.0, are you looking for a 6-month internship?

• You master the Office Pack, especially Excel (Macros)
• You have significant knowledge in Lean
• You have a first experience in continuous improvement
• You have good analytical skills, are proactive

Within a team of 30 people and under the responsibility of the Unit Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills and work alongside expert professionals.
