Junior Revenue Specialist

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for a Junior Revenue Specialist to join our Revenue team in Nicosia, to assist in the day-to-day processing of revenue-related tasks.

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual with knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and accounting and strong attention to detail . You'll apply your organizational skills to work with multiple partners and meet tight deadlines.

Reports to

Reporting to the Revenue Team Lead. Other key stakeholders include the Head of Financial Reporting and Head of Revenue Management.

What will you do?

• Preparation of templates for General Ledger postings, carry out manual entries, and issue invoices / collection reports
• Handle extensive datasets and perform various types of analysis
• Perform reconciliations with Payment Service Providers and platforms
• Arrange document filing, and ensure information is kept up to date
• Liaise with colleagues in different locations and departments to request any additional information
• Participate in any other ad-hoc projects that the Revenue Team Lead might need assistance with

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with part of the experience in revenue departments, within an e-commerce company
• Expertise in automating revenue posting processes
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced Excel expertise and comprehensive knowledge of its capabilities
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Ability to function effectively as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environment

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Working knowledge of SAP
• Familiarity with SQL data analysis tool
• Experience with visualization tools like Business Object  

Work mode

• Hybrid -3 days of work from the office
• This role is not eligible for relocation or immigration support
