What We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced prompt engineer, with financial services / investment research background to join our AI Product Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing and fine-tuning prompts across all AI-powered products and features at Seeking Alpha. You will work closely with AI product managers, data scientists, developers, and content teams to enhance our AI capabilities, including content generation systems and our Agentic-AI search assistant.

We're leading the charge in transforming investment research through AI, content intelligence, and human insight. As we continue expanding our AI-powered product suite, we are looking for a Junior Technical Product Manager to help shape the future of intelligent investing tools.

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, technical product roles, or AI-related product/engineering work.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and working knowledge of LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Background or strong interest in equity markets, financial research, or investment tools.
• Ability to write clear product specifications and collaborate with developers and data teams on a technical level.
• Familiarity with prompt management tools like Vellum AI, LangChain, or AWS Bedrock is a strong plus.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, or similar NLP workflows preferred.
• Data-driven mindset: comfort with experimentation, KPIs, and iterating based on measurable results.
• Strong communication skills; capable of translating complex AI/technical concepts into user-friendly features.
• Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, AI-driven product environment.
