Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement engaging levels and environments with the Unity Engine that are tailored to the vision of Cosmo Tales
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and programmers to create cohesive and immersive gameplay experiences
- Construct detailed level layouts, map structures, and environmental storytelling elements
- Optimize levels for performance, playability, and player engagement
- Playtest levels regularly; gather feedback and iterate to improve gameplay flow and the user experience
- Ensure levels meet quality standards, style consistency, and align with project goals
- Stay updated on industry best practices and contribute innovative ideas to enhance level design
Education/Skills
- Proven experience as a Level Designer in the video game industry, preferably with Unity
- Portfolio showcasing level design work
- An understanding of the Unity Engine and its tools for level creation
- Knowledge of game mechanics, player psychology, and spatial storytelling
- Passion for adventure, storytelling, and innovative game design
