We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in driving our online presence, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility. You will leverage HR trends to engage our target audience and guide the development of marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
Key accountabilities:

Oversee the creation and management of website content to ensure it is engaging, informative, and optimised for search engines.
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content across digital platforms.
Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
Oversee social media presence and manage digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness.
3. Performance Analysis:
Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns.
Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
4. Budget and Resource Management:
Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to expand marketing reach and drive growth.
6. Customer Engagement and Feedback:
Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to understand customer preferences and refine marketing approaches.
Organise webinars and events to engage the community and promote our solutions.
7. Innovation and Digital Marketing Trends:
Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing technologies and trends to keep the company competitive and ensure marketing strategies are cutting-edge and effective.
8. Crisis Management:
Develop and implement a crisis communication plan to effectively manage any negative publicity or challenges.
9. Training and Mentorship:
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
Required skills, experience and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in lead generation and SEO.
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice
Preferred skills, experience and qualifications
Experience in the HR or technology industry
Familiarity with HRMS or related systems.
Familiarity with the latest UI/UX trends to provide insights that enhance the digital experience of our systems and apps is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in project management.
Tools and Technologies:
Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, and digital marketing software.
Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
