Overview
This role is responsible for managing the planning, negotiation, buying and optimization of ATL and digital media, with the aim of ensuring that advertising campaigns reach the correct audiences effectively, efficiently and with a high return on investment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate campaign results and metrics to optimize investment.
- Manage the media area budget and ensure its profitability.
- Design integrated media strategies aligned with client and agency objectives.
- Lead negotiations with media and suppliers to ensure competitive conditions.
- Supervise the correct implementation and monitoring of media plans.
- Ensure integration between creativity, accounts and media to achieve coherent and effective campaigns.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication or related studies.
- Experience: 7+ years in media planning and buying, as well as leading teams.
- Knowledge:
- ATL, BTL and digital media strategy and planning.
- Research tools, media metrics and KPIs.
- Negotiation with suppliers and media.
- Budget management and advertising investment optimization.
- Skills:
- Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical capacity and strategic vision.
- Assertive communication and negotiation skills.
- Innovation and adaptability to new trends.
- Results orientation aligned with each client's expectations.
