Multimedia Designer

Our client is looking for a skilled Multimedia Designer to elevate the visual impact across 350+ retail locations nationwide. This role will focus on creating engaging in-store visuals—including digital displays, motion graphics, and print materials—that align with brand standards and deliver a cohesive customer experience.

This is a full-time, 12-month contract opportunity. The role is located in Kissimmee, FL and is hybrid onsite. 

Multimedia Designer Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the Retail Creative Manager to strategize, design, and implement graphic packages tailored to diverse retail settings.

• Design and produce multimedia content, including animations, videos, and motion graphics, adhering to our client's creative standards.

• Develop innovative graphic solutions for both single-location and global campaigns.

• Partner with Visual Merchandising to conceptualize and produce graphics.

• Prepare design files for print and fabrication, ensuring high-quality output.

Multimedia Designer Requirements: 

• At least 3 years of experience in motion graphic and production design.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion and print design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Skilled in conceptualizing video content, storyboards, and print materials.

• Familiarity with digital display hardware and best practices.

• Comfortable in a hands-on production environment, including printing and assembling.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Flexible schedule, with availability for overnight and early morning shifts.

• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Multimedia Designer Preferred Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of relevant design experience.

• Experience in 3D video rendering or concept design.

• Knowledge of diverse digital display formats and large-format printing workflows.

• Educational background in design or a related field is advantageous.
